Plascon Bulk Packaging is a quality manufacturer of form fitting poly liners for liquid and dry applications in the flexible packaging industry. We manufacture and provide barrier and non-barrier flexible packaging in both single and multi-ply liner configurations.

Plascon Bulk Packaging typically produces liquid liners for customers who are using any rigid IBC which is approved for the safe transit of liquid product. We satisfy the need for IBC’s having an internal capacity of 100 to 330 gallons. In addition to providing form fit liners we also provide pillow style liners for liquid applications. Pillow liners are commonly less expensive and sometimes require more supervision while filling.

Dry liners from Plascon Bulk Packaging are typically a single ply version in a form fitting style manufactured using a one piece construction. We place a big emphasis on our one piece design as this eliminates the potential for contamination from ambient conditions since the interior ply does not need to be disturbed during our manufacturing process. We provide interior lining options for customers who are using FIBC’s (Bulk Bags, Super Sacs, etc.), cardboard boxes, plastic knockdown totes or wooden bins. We provide liners with side wings, hanging tabs or tie strings for securing the liner inside the package during fill and discharge. Plascon Bulk Packging builds its products per the needs of the customer whether barrier, non barrier or conductive films are needed.
