The Combiplast is a remarkable and unique concept with the case erecting and the bag inserting technology all housed within one very compact machine.

A perfect packaging solution for all those companies which pack products that should not dry out or should actually be protected from moisture and dust. A case erecting technology whereby the case blank is picked up from the magazine by the vacuum suction frame which holds it firmly on two panels (a short and a long). Then the bottom flaps are folded in while the case is stationary. All movements are directed towards the case, your guarantee for a perfectly erected case.

A clever vacuum system takes a bag from the magazine and the placer spreader unit positions the pre-fabricated bag neatly into the erected case reaching all four corners. The bag is made to measure for your specific purpose, not too large and not too small.

• Low level case blanks magazine can hold up to 200 case blanks
• The bag magazine consist of two compartments, each can hold up to 300 bags. When the 1st compartment has been filled, it automatically rotates 180 degrees so that the 2nd compartment can be filled. Therefore no production stop!
  
• Pre-packed bundle of bags can be placed quickly and simply into the magazine (1-2 minutes) from the outside without stopping the machine or production
