For applications where the individual package is under 2 gallons in size, Plascon Packaging is the leader in cook chill bags, equipment and closures as well as vertical form fill and seal applications. Through our partnership with Cryovac/Sealed Air, we utlize the lastest technology in multilayer films to create a food package specifically designed for your requirements. Our high temperature liners include pan liners, roasting bags and slow cook liners that allow you to cook, baste and roast at temperatures up to 400º F and make clean up quick and easy.

For bulk packaging applications, Plasport creates custom bulk liners for dry or liquid products in totes, FIBC's and hard side containers. Form fit liners provide excellent protection for your product while maximizing capacity and minimizing waste. Our liners are used to protect food products that are shipped around the world.

In 2010, Plascon entered a strategic agreement with D C Norris & Company Ltd. of the UK. Plascon is now the exclusive North American distributor of D C Norris equipment which includes kettles, chillers, depositors, bag emptying systems, can handling systems and the revolutionary Jet Cook system. Plascon is also the exclusive North American distributor of the EasyOpen bag placement system from Niverplast. This manual system is a great alternative to full automatic box lining systems and can increase the speed of placing a liner in a box by up to 50%.
