COOK CHILL BAGS ARE EASY TO USE; JUST FILL THE COOK-CHILL BAG, HEAT THE CONTENTS ABOVE PASTEURIZATION TEMPERATURE THEN SECURELY CLOSE. CHILL AND STORE REFRIGERATED OR FROZEN UNTIL IT IS TIME TO REHEAT AND SERVE.

Clipped Pouches

Cook Chill Pouches closed at the end with an aluminum clip. Bags are filled, then can be closed with another clip or with an impulse sealer.

Heat Sealed Cook Chill Bags

Cook Chill bags with a flat heat seal. After bags are filled, user can close with a clip or with a flat seal. Bags that are heat sealed at both ends optimize inventory by using 75% less space compared to clipped casings.

Cook Chill Angle Seal Bags

An angle seal on the end of the bag creates corners that can be used to grip the bag when it is filled with hot liquid. The angle design also maximizes yield by preventing foods from being left behind in bag corners.

Cook Chill Handle Bags

The strong ergonomic handle on our Cook Chill Handle Bags allows users to transport bags filled with hot liquid safely and can also be used to remove bags from hot water during retherming. Handle Bags also feature and angle seal to maximize yield and can be heat sealed or clipped after filling.
