Cook Chill Starter Sets are a great way to try the cook chill process in your foodservice operation at minimal cost. The sets include bags, labels, a ringstand for hands-free filling of bags and a sealer. Starter sets are also an inexpensive way to add a fill station to an already existing cook chill operation. Many of our restaurant customers use a cook chill starter set to package food for donation to local non-profits such as Food Rescue, Food Donation Connection or City Harvest - a great way to support your community and your donation may qualify as a tax deduction.
